Basic Principles of the Party

In guiding and regulating the party's performance, the party is guided by the following principles:

The Jordanian national identity is one of the party's constants.

Maintaining national unity is a sacred duty.

Transparency and justice is a way of life.

Political, intellectual and party pluralism is an approach, a necessity, and a constant of national action, based on acceptance of the other, tolerance and moderation.

Environmental sustainability and addressing climate challenges.

Balance between rights and duties in accordance with the requirements of patriotism and citizenship, and enshrine the principles of justice, equality and equal opportunities among Jordanians.

Rule of law, integrity, transparency and governance as a way of working.

The Armed Forces and security services are the nation's shield and watchful eye, and the main guarantor of the nation's security and strengthening its national sovereignty.

Universities are beacons of national radiance, and academic freedom is a necessary approach.

Youth are the backbone of the future and active partners in national decision-making.

Women are half of society and the educators of the other half, and their role enhances production and national partnership.

Palestine is the central Arab and Muslim cause, and the establishment of an independent and sovereign Palestinian state on its land, with Jerusalem as its capital, is a key goal of Jordan's national security.
